? Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Minimum

12th Pass

(Higher Secondary). Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management are also encouraged to apply. ?

Experience:

Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in hospitality is a plus. ?

Skills:

Excellent communication (English & Hindi/local language), a proactive attitude, and a groomed appearance. ?

Flexibility:

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
? Key Responsibilities

Front Office:

Manage check-ins/outs, handle guest queries, and ensure a warm Tata-style welcome. ?

F&B Service:

Take orders, serve food/beverages, and maintain high standards of dining hygiene. ?

Brand Standards:

Uphold the "Lean-Luxe" Ginger brand values in all guest interactions.
