?Role Overview

?Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala

?Shift Timing: Evening Shift (4PM- 1AM)

?Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

?Position: Team Member

?Key Responsibilities

?As a Team Member, you will be trained to handle multiple stations. Your duties will include:

?Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders accurately at the counter, and handling cash/digital payments.

?Food Preparation: Assisting in the kitchen to prepare KFC's signature fried chicken, burgers, and sides while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.

?Order Packing: Ensuring all delivery and takeaway orders are packed correctly and handed over promptly.

?Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean workspace and dining area. Performing "closing duties" to ensure the store is sanitized and ready for the next morning.

?Teamwork: Working closely with the Shift Manager and colleagues to meet service speed.

?Requirements & Skills

?Education: Minimum 12th standard pass.

?Communication: Basic proficiency in Malayalam is essential; ability to speak English or Hindi is a plus.

?Attitude: Friendly, punctual, and willing to learn.
