A Guest Service Associate is a professional responsible for providing front desk assistance to guests in hotels or other similar hospitality establishments. He or she greets guests and assigns them their rooms, processes check-in and check-outs. Ensures customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting them to their seats: Presents menus, suggests cocktails and/or daily specials. Exhibits knowledge of all items on the menu and wine list. Takes order.
