Location:

PVR INOX Cinemas - Sector 84 & Sector 85, Gurgaon

Position Overview

PVR INOX is looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused

Guest Service Associate

to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our cinemas in Gurgaon. The role involves guest handling, service coordination, ticketing support, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their cinema experience. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Support ticket booking counters and manage guest flow during peak hours. Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently when required. Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, housekeeping, security) to ensure seamless operations. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at counters and public areas. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols. Assist in auditorium checks before and after shows to ensure guest readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.

Experience:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar customer service or hospitality role (cinema, hotel, restaurant, retail, or mall).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Problem-solving ability Team player with a positive attitude

Work Details

Location:

Gurgaon - Sector 84 & Sector 85

Working Days:

6 days a week

Shifts:

Rotational (including weekends & holidays)

Weekly Off:

As per roster
