Clean bathrooms, replace towels, and ensure all fixtures are in working condition.
Conduct room inspections to ensure readiness before guest arrival.
Handle guest laundry as per hotel procedures (if applicable).
Public Area Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lift lobbies, staircases, and other assigned public areas.
Ensure proper upkeep of service areas and pantries.
Operational Responsibilities
Follow daily work schedules provided by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Record room status and update the housekeeping system or inform the supervisor.
Report maintenance issues immediately to the engineering team.
Ensure proper handling and reporting of Lost & Found items.
Refill and maintain housekeeping carts with linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Brand & Hygiene Compliance
Strictly follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Maintain uniform grooming standards as per IHG/HIEX guidelines.
Ensure compliance with the Holiday Inn Express "Smart Clean" standards.
Guest Interaction
Greet guests politely and respond to basic queries.
Handle guest requests promptly and communicate any additional needs to the supervisor.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
