: Key Responsibilities: Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance:
Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
Ensure all assigned rooms are fully stocked with required amenities, linen, and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lift lobbies, and service areas.
Handle guest laundry or special cleaning requests courteously and efficiently. Guest Experience:
Greet guests politely when encountered in corridors or public areas.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or complaints and inform the Supervisor when necessary.
Ensure guest privacy and safety at all times while entering occupied rooms. Operational Standards:
Adhere to IHG Way of Clean standards for hygiene and disinfection.
Follow all hotel SOPs, brand standards, and cleaning checklists accurately.
Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Participate actively in departmental briefings and training sessions.
Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives as part of IHG's "True Hospitality for Good" commitment. Teamwork & Communication:
Coordinate effectively with the Front Office for room status updates.
Assist colleagues and contribute to maintaining a positive, cooperative team environment.
Report lost and found items as per hotel procedures.
