Job Description

Cleaning

: Cleaning, dusting, and polishing guest rooms, bathrooms, and other public areas

Making beds

: Changing bed linens and towels, and making beds

Stocking supplies

: Replenishing guest supplies, such as toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits

Guest service

: Greeting guests, responding to their queries, and resolving complaints

Security

: Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Reporting

: Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or other problems to the head housekeeper

Laundry

: Collecting laundry and dry cleaning for guests, and sorting and counting linen and towels

Cleaning carts

: Loading cleaning carts with sheets, supplies, and amenities for guests

Rotation cleaning

: Performing rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets

Delivering and retrieving items

: Delivering and retrieving items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
