The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to hotel standards, and a guest-first approach aligned with Pravasa Hotel's service philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per SOPs.
Ensure proper bed making, linen change, room amenities placement, and replenishment.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Respond to guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
Maintain inventory of linen, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness and guest needs.
Ensure lost and found items are handled as per hotel policy.
Uphold Pravasa Hotel's grooming, discipline, and service standards.
Eligibility / Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management preferred).
Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel is an advantage (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
