Guest Rooms: Clean, sanitize, and prepare assigned guest rooms (villas, suites) to the resort's strict brand standards.
Linen & Supplies: Change all bed linens and towels. Replenish guest amenities, mini-bar, and in-room supplies completely.
Public Areas: Keep assigned floor corridors, service areas, and pantries neat, clean, and organized.
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly. Respond quickly and politely to all guest requests and needs.
Reporting: Promptly report any required maintenance, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
Safety: Follow all security, key control, and chemical handling procedures.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail is mandatory.
A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting) throughout the shift.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Education
Certificate or Diploma in Housekeeping Operations.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
