Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms daily according to

Holiday Inn Express brand standards and SOPs

. Ensure beds, bathrooms, amenities, and room supplies meet required quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas, back-of-house areas, and service pantries. Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and safety hazards promptly. Replenish guest room amenities, linen, and supplies accurately. Follow all

health, hygiene, safety, and security procedures

. Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, maintaining a service-oriented attitude. Use housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and machinery safely as per guidelines. Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per hotel policy. Support special cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning activities when required. Adhere strictly to

IHG policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct
