ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERABLE
- Stay on OPD floor & manage smooth flow of appointments during the shift
- Taking appointment calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently
- Welcoming & greeting patients/visitors in a warm, and professional manner
- Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs
- Assisting walk-in patients with appointments
- Patient documents and data management
- Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues
- Comply with the quality of service policy of the organization
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily cash to accounts at end of shift
- Hospitality experience highly preferable
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Self-Driven
- Proactiveness
- Ability to work under stress
- Provident Fund
- Day shift
- Do you have any past experience in the hospitality sector?
- Will you be able to travel to Golf Course Rd. (near DLF Phase I metro stn.) for the job?
- Diploma (Preferred)
