We are looking for a courteous and guest-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our hospitality team. As a GSA, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests by assisting with check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest records accurately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times
Uphold service standards and contribute to guest satisfaction scores
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office/guest service (hospitality background preferred)
Knowledge of hotel reservation/property management software (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹9,211.62 - ₹17,000.00 per month
