Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using hotel systems (e.g., PMS like Opera, IDS, etc.).
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
Maintain the lobby and front desk area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Promote upselling of hotel services and room upgrades when appropriate.
