Guest interaction and service

Welcome and seat guests:

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.

Take orders:

Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs, and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve and present:

Serve food and beverages promptly, and clear and reset tables after guests depart.

Ensure guest satisfaction:

Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues professionally.

Process payments:

Handle guest bills accurately and process payments (cash and credit).

Upsell and promote:

Promote menu items, specials, and other offers to maximize revenue.
Operational and back-of-house support

Coordinate with kitchen:

Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, wait times, and product availability.

Maintain cleanliness:

Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are clean and well-organized.

Prepare for service:

Assist with setting up dining areas and preparing equipment, linen, and condiments before service begins.

Adhere to standards:

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including food safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Perform closing duties:

Complete closing procedures such as restocking and cleaning.

Assist other outlets:

Support other F&B outlets during peak times if needed.
