Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using the PMS system
Manage room assignments and reservations, ensuring accuracy and guest preferences
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt resolution
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure all materials are up to date
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Upsell resort services and amenities to enhance guest experience
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to safety protocols
