Key Responsibilities

:

1. Room Cleaning

: Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.

2. Common Area Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all Common areas, including lounge, dining areas, and corridors.

3. Laundry Duties:

Collect linens and towels used on the cruise and send them to laundry.

4. Inventory Management:

Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens, ensuring timely replenishment.

5. Customer Service:

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

7. Reporting:

Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.

8. Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Food and Beverage Related Services:

1. Restaurant setup (Table and chair setup, event setup & Decoration etc.)

2. Mise-en-Place (Crockery, cutlery, glassware, hollowware, condiments and F & Linen etc.)

3. Mise-en Scene (PA system, AC, Fan, window curtain, buffet layout etc.)

4. Services (Food and beverage pick up, table service, clearance, coordination with kitchen team)

Promotional and Other Activities

1. Take Guest bits and photo shoots at the time of check-out.

2. Be familiar with all boat in house entertainment activities and inform the guest, like games, fishing, etc. at the evening time.

3. Assist to the Executive in regards with monthly crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen inventory.

4. Assist to the Executive for soiled linen counting and sending to Bhubaneswar for washing purpose and vice versa.

5. Carry out any other duties as required by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
