Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards and safety guidelines. Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance throughout the meal. Clear and reset tables between guests. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or event spaces as needed.
