We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented
Guest Service Associate - F&B Service
to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to guests by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service in accordance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and proper mise-en-place before service
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints politely and promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
Assist in billing and payment processes when required
Maintain cleanliness of service areas during and after service

Pay: ?9,480.46 - ?17,061.16 per month
