Guest Interaction:

Greet guests professionally and courteously, provide informative details about menu items, and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Order Taking & Service:

Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Food & Beverage Delivery:

Serve food and beverages according to departmental and brand standards, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet hygiene standards.

Guest Satisfaction:

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues or requests with empathy and finding effective solutions.

Table & Outlet Maintenance:

Set tables according to standards, clear tables, and maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.

Coordination & Teamwork:

Collaborate with other staff, including kitchen and bar teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.

Product Knowledge:

Possess a working knowledge of the hotel's facilities and local information to answer guest inquiries effectively.

Promoting Services:

Promote other services offered by the hotel to guests.
