Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly and politely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant/outlet. Assist with setting up and breaking down of events or buffet setups. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
