Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt handling of guest requests or complaints.
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
Operations:
Set up tables and ensure mise-en-place is ready before service.
Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
Ensure billing is accurate and follow up on guest payments as per hotel procedure.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, pantry, and dining spaces.
Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards as per hotel and FSSAI guidelines.
Teamwork & Communication:
Assist colleagues and supervisors to maintain service efficiency.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to superiors.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Handle equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.
