Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Online Travel Agencies for the properties; you would be managing (AirBnB, Booking.com etc.), create listings for each property; manage the booking enquiries, guest feedback/review
Reply to guests queries through email, AirBnB, WhatsApp
Coordinate with guests before their arrival and then with other departments internally to ensure everything is ready before the guests' arrival (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Meet the guests during check-in, show them the property, collect security deposit and then meet them at the check-out and return the security deposit if there are no damages
Be in touch with the guests during their stay to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Point of contact for apartment owners: explain rental service operations to them, get them on-board & maintain rapport with them over time
Coordinate with apartment owners to procure missing furniture and other items for their apartment
Curate information on things to do around the area and ensure that the document is updated in a timely manner
Ensure maximum occupancy of your property by keeping the listings on portals up to date, updating prices, etc.
