We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Guest Service Associate (GSA)
to join our Front Office team. The GSA will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing information, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them during check-in/check-out processes.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, services, and local attractions.
Address guest complaints or requests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain proper records and update the PMS (Property Management System).
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.
Manage cash handling, billing, invoices, and payment transactions.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
Good grooming and professional behavior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
