Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and travel directions.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
