Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure experience. Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently, following standard operating procedures. Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately. Answer phone calls promptly, transfer calls, and handle guest queries effectively. Maintain guest accounts, process payments, and prepare bills accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates. Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate when required. Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies. Knowledge of IDS software
