Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Reception & Service
Greet guests warmly and professionally
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously
2. Front Desk Operations
Manage room allocations and key issuance
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
3. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status
Liaise with bell desk, concierge, and other departments
Maintain clear communication during shift handovers
4. Cashiering & Administration
Handle guest billing, payments, and foreign currency (if applicable)
Maintain accurate records and shift reports
Follow hotel policies on cash handling and credit procedures
5. Guest Relations & Safety
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality
Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures
Assist guests with local information and hotel facilities
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge and PMS familiarity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
