2. Food & Beverage Service Operations
Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast area / restaurant / bar as per hotel standards.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, following correct service sequence and hygiene practices.
Monitor food presentation, temperature, and quality during service.
Clear tables promptly and ensure continuous cleanliness of the dining area.
