Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Suggest drinks according to guest band Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen or bar staff as necessary. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, in preparation for service and special events. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders to guests. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest feedback, operational issues, and any other relevant information. Uphold company policies and procedures related to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a customer service, casino or hospitality role preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
