Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Present the menu, make recommendations, and take food & beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently following service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their dining experience.
Handle guest complaints politely and report to the supervisor when required.
2. Operations:
Set up tables according to service standards (mise-en-place).
Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next service.
Assist in buffet setup and ensure proper presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area at all times.
3. Teamwork and Coordination:
Work as part of the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Support senior staff and new joiners with training and guidance.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, stewarding, and other departments.
4. Compliance and Standards:
Follow all company policies, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Ensure grooming and personal hygiene standards are maintained.
Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong guest service orientation.
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
