Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The GSA will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in our restaurant, bar, or other dining areas, ensuring an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure. The role involves greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned seating area. Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude at all times, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued. Answer guests' questions regarding the menu, food ingredients, and drink options. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations where appropriate. Ensure timely service of food and drinks to guests at the table.

Requirements

:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or serve food and beverages. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some physical tasks may be required, such as lifting trays or cleaning tables.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
