Position Summary:

The

Guest Service Associate - F&B

is responsible for delivering high-quality dining service to guests with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role involves assisting in the daily operations of restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, or lounges to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them timely. Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before, during, and after service. Coordinate with kitchen staff and bar to ensure seamless order execution. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with courtesy and promptness. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per company policy. Process billing and ensure accurate closing of guest checks. Replenish supplies and maintain inventory levels as per service needs. Assist in banquet setups or events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in F&B service; freshers with hospitality education may apply. Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional grooming and a courteous attitude. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
