Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, ingredients, and promotions.
Process payments accurately and handle billing queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant or service area.
Provide support during peak service hours.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (hotel management diploma preferred).
Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
