Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers at various touchpoints throughout the cinema.

Ensuring designated areas are clean and organized, and following established cash management and safety procedures.

Handling box office operations, processing bookings, and managing cash/payments at the counter.

Taking orders, upselling items, handling cash and inventory at the food counters, and potentially supporting food preparation.
