Guest Service / Guest Relations Associate
to join our team , a dining establishment known for its impeccable service and exceptional cuisine. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and sophisticated first impression
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
Maintain an accurate waitlist and proactively communicate estimated wait times to guests
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency
Coordinate with hosts, servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Support administrative and front-of-house tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Polished appearance and professional demeanour
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain composed under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
College Degree is a plus.
