In this role, you'll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site's daily Front Office Operations and Attending Visitors' queries about the company, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, sorting out mails. Answering incoming calls and arranging appointments for guests to meet with company staff. Manage & guide walk-in candidates and clients at the reception. Handling helpdesk whenever required assist with the Administration. Receiving the complaints by the concern employees allocating to concern FM Department.
Performance Excellence
Are you driven by performance metrics? Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate priorities of the day. Taking rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues and take necessary actions. Handling and Coordinating client's queries / complaint. Issuing Temporary badge and laptop badge for all the clients, trainers and vendors.
Championing Improvement
Do you get excited by improvement works? As part of a larger team, you will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients. For example, you will be involved in the implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.
Maintaining SLA matrix for issues of Access card and ID card. Tracking the work orders, PPM and other tickets to follow the SLA & SKPI as per the contract, manage the people and team, motivate the team towards the teamwork and service delivery, Getting quote for the new requirements,
Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? Maintaining data of Lost and Found. Doing billing for OPD and IP Patients. Taking rounds in hospital and Checking IP Patient Related quarries and providing service for them. Fixing and rescheduling appointments with doctor. Typing Discharge Summary Taking the Process of Insurance. Need to follow the company process, policy, ethics and monitor the same to avoid the lapses. Supporting for Karma audit, client audit and manage the compliance of the service partners
Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you'll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you'll develop tools that help measure the technical team's performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
