Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients during onboarding of trips or packages Handle client queries, complaints, and requests courteously Provide real-time updates on bookings, schedules, and services Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint Support hospitality and operations teams during client handling
