Key Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and guide passengers from arrival to departure.
Provide support with check-in, security, boarding, baggage, and lounge access.
Coordinate with airlines, airport staff, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Handle passenger queries, requests, and escalations with professionalism.
Maintain high standards of courtesy, grooming, and service etiquette.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and airport protocols.
Assist in VIP, VVIP, and corporate guest handling as required.
Provide feedback to supervisors on service improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism preferred.
0-2 years of experience in customer service/hospitality/aviation (freshers may apply).
Excellent communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi).
Professional grooming and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
