Job Summary:
The Guest Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all guest reservation inquiries, managing bookings efficiently, and ensuring a smooth reservation experience for guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of hotel systems and booking channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms promptly and professionally.
Manage room bookings and update reservation details accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure room availability and guest preferences are met.
Respond to guest queries, provide information about room types, rates, and hotel services.
Upsell room categories and promote special packages or offers to maximize revenue.
Ensure all reservations are confirmed with accurate payment details and special requests are noted.
Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to hotel policy.
Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts for management.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to positive guest experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, and online booking platforms).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
