We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-focused
Guest Relationship Officer (GRO)
to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our real estate project sites. This role demands excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet clients & visitors at the project site.
Understand customer requirements and collect their basic details in the TAB / CRM.
Create, register & update client enquiries/leads in the system without delay.
Coordinate and assign leads to the Sales Team for further discussions.
Maintain a clean and professional reception area at the project site.
Support in organising customer visits, walk-ins and project tours if needed.
Ensure excellent customer experience by providing prompt responses and assistance.
Maintain MIS / visitor log on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree / diploma.
Freshers or candidates with experience in customer handling, front office, hospitality, real estate, or retail can apply.
