Job Summary: The Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) plays a critical role in creating a positive and professional experience for all potential and existing clients visiting our properties or offices. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming journey for clients, from the first interaction through to post-sale support, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage prospective clients visiting sales offices, show flats, or project sites. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to deliver personalized solutions. Manage the complete guest cycle -- from inquiry handling to post-visit follow-ups. Maintain a high level of service and ensure all guests feel valued and supported. Coordinate property tours and ensure show units are always presentation-ready. Handle complaints or queries promptly, professionally, and empathetically. Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and promotional events. Maintain updated records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences using CRM tools. Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments (sales, legal, operations, etc.). Follow up with customers for feedback and assist in resolving post-sale service issues. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate Prior experience in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality is a plus Fluency in English (additional local languages preferred) Working Conditions: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs
