About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and result-oriented
Relationship Manager
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth through effective sales and client management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate property solutions.
Coordinate property site visits and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Manage negotiations and close property deals efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and provide timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset.
Knowledge of the Gwalior real estate market is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve defined sales targets.
