We're looking for a proactive and guest-focused Guest Relationship Manager to be the first point of contact for guests. In this role, you will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience before, during, and after every stay.
Responsibilities:
Manage guest inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, and the company website.
Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable villas/packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through clear and service-driven communication.
Coordinate pre-arrival details and ensure properties are ready for guest stays.
Support guests during check-in and throughout their stay, providing assistance and recommendations.
Handle guest concerns, resolve issues quickly, and ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback, encourage reviews, and nurture long-term guest relationships.
Maintain accurate guest records in CRM systems and share booking reports.
Promote value-added services such as transfers, private chefs, or curated experiences.
Represent the brand with a premium, guest-first approach at all times.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in guest relations, front office, or hospitality roles.
Skills: Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or property management software.
A guest-first mindset with high attention to detail.
