Role Overview:

Manage guest experience and ensure high service standards at the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest interactions and feedback Ensure smooth front-end operations Maintain service quality, hygiene and ambience Coordinate with outlet staff

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills Prior Hospitality / cafe experience is required Customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹20,523.52 - ₹35,640.64 per month
