Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance at all sites.
Manage vendors, AMC contracts, and site resources.
Maintain records for attendance, assets, and compliance documents.
Coordinate between HO and site teams for operations.
Prepare admin expense reports and budgets.
Ensure facility upkeep and quick resolution of issues.
Skills & Experience:
1-3 years' admin experience (real estate preferred).
Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel frequently to sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
