Booking new and follow-up appointments of the patients online and directly

Calling patients, who missed their first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason for missing the same.
o
Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face.
o
Assisting patients to filling the registration form and then registering patients
o
Scheduling appointments of the patients in a way that helps in minimizing patient waiting time in the system.
o
Managing the patients waiting time in peak hours
o
Managing the clinic ambiance and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices)
o
Encouraging patients to fill up the OPD patient feedback forms and collecting the same from the patients.
Ensure patient records are updated and maintained in compliance with privacy and regulations.
Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies to patients and visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve patient queries or issues promptly and escalate as needed.
