Ride Technician:
Job Summary:

The Ride Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and regular safety checks of all amusement rides and attractions within the park. Additionally, the Ride Technician will assist with ride operations and ensure the safe facilitation of guests as they embark and disembark rides. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical components, mechanical systems, and motors, as well as previous experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all amusement rides and attractions to ensure they are operating at peak performance. Respond promptly to ride malfunctions or breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring guest safety.

Safety Checks: Conduct daily safety inspections of all rides, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and park standards. Document and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the Maintenance Manager. Ensure that all safety mechanisms and emergency systems are fully operational.

Ride Operations & Public Facilitation: Assist guests with embarking and disembarking from rides, ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitor the loading and unloading of rides to prevent accidents or injuries. Provide clear instructions to guests regarding ride safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Certification from Diploma/ITI or any technical institutes.

2. Experience in ride maintenance, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.

3. Hands-on experience with electrical components, mechanical parts, and motors.

4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.

Salary:

Salary: Rs.17,000 per month + incentives with food and accommodation.

Training period: 3 months with a salary of 15000/- per month.

Guest Relationship Executive (Male):

: As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our visitors have a fantastic experience from the moment they arrive at the park. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through ticket sales and promoting positive public relations.

Key Responsibilities: *

Ticket Sales:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

2. Effectively explain ticket options, pricing, and promotions to visitors.

3. Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently through the designated system.Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.

4. Maintain knowledge of park attractions, events, and special offers

Public Relations:

1. Engage with visitors, answer questions, and provide information about the park's facilities and services.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events, promotions, and attractions.

Team Collaboration:

1. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

2. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient park operations.

3. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation

2. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

6. Knowledge of multiple languages

Salary

1. Starting salary of Rs. 18000 per month + free food and accommodation

2. Monthly incentives up to Rs. 5000 per month based on performance and sales

Probation Period (60 days)

Daily wage of Rs. 500 per day. After the probation is over, the candidate can be given full salary and benefits
