Inquiry and Complaint Resolution:
Proactively address guest questions and concerns, resolving complaints promptly and professionally by coordinating with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
VIP and Special Guest Management:
Identify and provide special attention to VIP and corporate guests, developing and maintaining relationships with regular clients.
Service Coordination:
Fulfill guest requests, such as room preferences, amenities, and transportation, and facilitate reservations for dining, spa, or other hotel facilities.
Guest Feedback Management:
Actively seek guest feedback during their stay, encourage positive online reviews, and use constructive feedback to improve services.
Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure that guest needs are met and that services are delivered seamlessly.
Knowledge and Information:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and the surrounding local area to provide accurate information to guests.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure that check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without delay or discomfort.
Professionalism:
Maintain professional demeanor, adhere to high grooming standards, and exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills
