Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
Address guest queries, complaints, or requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering personalized services.
Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office) to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation.
Upsell hotel services, amenities, or packages when appropriate.
Monitor guest feedback and work with the team to improve service quality.
Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain neat and professional.
