to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have
minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations
and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant stay experience
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front office for smooth operations
Attend to guest queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Maintain guest records, feedback, and daily activity reports
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
Assist in room allocation and reservation coordination
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and decorum at the front desk
Support management in daily operational activities
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience in hotel/front office operations
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
Presentable personality with positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS preferred)
Ability to handle guests politely and professionally
Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred)
Team player with customer-first mindset
Immediate joiners preferred
