to manage guest interactions at our project site. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customers professionally, and create a positive experience for all walk-ins and site visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet all walk-in customers and visitors at the site.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the respective teams.
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere at the site office.
Manage guest entries, visitor logs, and ensure smooth coordination during site visits.
Provide clear and accurate information about the project when required.
Support the sales/pre-sales team during customer visits and events.
Handle customer queries with calmness, clarity, and confidence.
Ensure the reception and guest areas are always neat, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
Prior experience in
guest handling / customer service
(real estate experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication skills
(English is mandatory).
Well-presentable
, confident, and professional in appearance.
Ability to handle guests politely and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and visitor management.
Willing to work at project site locations (within Coimbatore).
